The responsibility of Royal Travel Inc. as an umrah operator and its staff is limited. Royal
Travel (11943 Bissonnet Houston, TX. 77099) acts only as operator for the travelers in making
arrangements for the airlines, hotels, transportation, and any other service in connection with the
Umrah tour and assumes no liability for:

Personal injury during any portion of the trip, damaged or loss of any luggage or personal
belongings, delay by any reason or defect, through the tour as direct or indirect act of God,
natural disasters and dangerous conditions and incidents in the air, sea, land, or by fire,
breakdown of machinery, equipment, acts or delays by government decisions, weather
conditions, acts of terrorism, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, stampedes, thefts,
pilferage, pandemics, epidemics, quarantines, and medical or custom regulations by the Saudi
government, improper entry and unreadable passports and visas for side trips and other
documents that are the responsibility of the passenger to furnish in true and correct form, the
policy chosen by the carrier shall be based upon their standard procedures, any excess fees
charged by the Saudi Arabia government or the Ministry of Umrah and Hajj. Royal Travel is not
responsible for and will not issue any refunds for any COVID-19 or COVID Variant related
cancellations by either the passenger, domestic or international airlines, local, federal, or foreign
governments.

Royal Travel takes no responsibility for any minors traveling without a parent/guardian. All
minors traveling without supervision are responsible for their own actions or anything that may
occur during any travels.

The traveler understands that proper documentation is needed to acquire airline tickets, hotels,
and visa. Itineraries for group trips is subject to change based on conditions. Royal Travel is not
responsible for any extra requirements put forth by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the Ministry
of Umrah and Hajj.

Royal Travel reserves the right to change group leaders, hotels, flights, and other logistical
aspects as necessary. Royal Travel is not responsible for airline changes to flights or changes in
visa requirements by the country issuing the visa. Royal Travel is not responsible for lost
documentation needed during a trip that may cause the traveler to not attend. Royal Travel takes
no responsibility for the cost of a rejected visa and the traveler must pay the visa application fee
again after corrections are made.

Payments: the traveler understands that a deposit of $500 per traveler is required at the time of
reservation. Extra documentation may be required to finalize all reservations. Final payment
must be done 45 days before departure. If final payment is not made, Royal Travel reserves the
right to cancel a reservation with notice.

Refunds: Full package refunds will only be given if the traveler cancels their trip within 46 days
of departure. Refund includes land package excluding service fee of $100 per person and visa
fee. Airline tickets will be credited through the airline to be used at a further date. Airlines may
require traveler to pay cancellation penalties and fees. Credited airline tickets may be used in the
future and traveler may have to pay the difference in price for travel at a later date. If traveler
cancels their trip within 45 days of departure, refund to the traveler will exclude hotel costs,
transportation fees, visa fee, and service fee of $100 per traveler. Tours for which an additional
payment is made is non-refundable. If the traveler decides to not attend the tour while on the trip,
the additional costs will not be refunded.
